Shipping Times

For orders within the United States please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery, most often, items will arrive much sooner. After three unsuccessful attempts to deliver, packages will be returned to sender to the studio. We do not refund shipping charges and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to re-ship the package. Many items are made to order, if you require a faster processing time, please contact me before placing your order.

Some items are made to order which may require extra time for processing and the following items ship separately: t-shirts, skateboards, bottle openers.

Local Pick Up

If you live in the Athens area and would like to pick up your order form the studio, please use the code P15PU at checkout to avoid shipping costs. When your order is packaged and ready for pick up I will contact you via the email you placed your order with for further instructions.

International Shipping: First Class International

Please allow 5 to 6 weeks for delivery. First Class International Shipping cannot be insured. Therefore there will be no refunds or replacements for packages that are damaged or lost if this shipping option is chosen. Apparel ships with economy shipping and may take 4 weeks & up to 12 weeks in extreme cases. If you would like your package insured, please choose the Priority Mail International shipping option at checkout. After three unsuccessful attempts to deliver, packages will be returned to sender to the studio. We will not refund shipping charges in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to re-ship the package.

International Shipping: Priority Mail International

Please allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery, this could be shorter - unfortunately it is impossible to determine how long each country's customs will take to process. Priority Mail International is insured. After three unsuccessful attempts to deliver, packages will be returned to sender to the studio. We will not refund shipping charges in this situation and additional charges will need to be paid by the customer to re-ship the package. 

Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an accident occurs during the mailing process, I will gladly ship you a replacement - just email thepisforpenis@gmail.com with photos documenting the damage on the product and shipping container.
